About the North TexaS Nine PAC.

The North Texas 9 PAC is comprised of graduates of the University of North Texas, former athletes, and local business leaders committed to developing a fiscally responsible public-private partnership between the university, the City of Denton, and a minor league baseball team. This initiative will bring a classic-style ballpark to Denton, serving as the anchor for a privately funded retail, dining, and family entertainment development. Our proposal does not include a property tax rate increase.

Over the coming months, we will launch a positive and transparent campaign to educate the community on the many cultural, economic, and entertainment benefits of the project and provide voters the opportunity to approve the partnership in May 2026.
